Wood Plastic Composite PVC WPC Door Panel Frame Making Machine
PVC WPC doors are made by mixing ultra-fine wood powder with polymer resin, which combines the excellent properties of wood and plastic (no need wood powder for PVC doors). The doors produced achieve the effect of truly imitating wood. The WPC door production process:
PVC resin powder, calcium powder, stearic acid, paraffin, foaming agent, foaming regulator and other raw materials → high-speed heating and cooling mixing → conical twin screw extrusion → mold → cooling and shaping → hauling off → stacker - surface treatment - finished product packaging and storage.
