PVC Ceiling Wall Panel Extrusion Production Line
PVC wall panel is made of polyvinyl chloride resin as the base material, adding anti-aging agent, modifier and other additives, and is made through mixing, calendering, vacuum forming and other processes. PVC wall panel production line consists of a conical twin-screw plastic extruder, die head and calibration mold, vacuum shaping table, tractor, cutting machine, PVC film laminating machine (or double colors printing machine), stacking machine, high-speed PVC mixer, plastic crusher, etc. PVC wall panel / PVC decorative panel is made of PVC resin as the main raw material. The surface pattern changes as well.
Features of PVC Wall Panel Production Line
- PVC wall panel extrusion machine has a vacuum cooling and shaping process. After the mold is installed, it is heated, the barrel temperature rises to about 200℃, the mold temperature is about 190℃, and each section quickly rises to the required temperature.
-The extruded material is required to be fully plasticized without decomposition, the material is discharged evenly from the upper and lower sides of the extrusion die head, and the ribs can be pulled only when the discharge speed is consistent with the surface. The normal production temperature is 210℃.
- When starting the traction, cover the vacuum shaping template, then start the vacuum pump, calibrate the vacuum template and the extrusion die concentrically, on the same straight line, and ensure that the vacuum degree is above 0.04M Pa.
PVC wall panel extruder:
- The PVC wall panel production line adopts a special enlarged eddy current cooling system to facilitate cooling and shaping.
- Adopt conical twin screw extruder(which use 38CrMoAL material -- high-wearing, high strength, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance), It has good feeding performance, mixing and plasticizing performance, exhaust performance, extrusion stability and other characteristics. It has other advantages of ordinary twin-screw extruders and can achieve high output, high quality and high efficiency.

- The tractor adopts special speed ratios, it is used to easily produce panels of various weights, such as, heavy weight panel, light weight panel, etc.
-The hauling off machine works smoothly and there are no indentations on the surface of the gusset plate. It has good reliability and large traction force.
Cutting machine:
