Plastic Wood Composite PVC WPC Door Board Panel Extrusion Manufacturing Making Machine
PVC doors are made by mixing plastic additives with polymer resin, which combines the excellent properties of plastic. The PVC doors produced achieve the effect of truly imitating wood.
The PVC door production process:
PVC resin powder, calcium powder, and other raw materials → high-speed hot and cold mixing unit → conical twin screw extrusion → mold → cooling and shaping → hauling off → stacker - surface treatment (hot stamping/lamination/printing) - finished product packaging and storage.
Features of PVC Door Making Machine

- Adopts horizontal gearbox and distribution box, build in cooling oil, easy to install and maintain.
