Conical Twin Screw Extruder
The conical twin-screw extruder has stable performance, which can make the melt plasticize well at a lower temperature. The cast aluminum heater is installed on the cylinder, which has high thermal efficiency, fast and uniform temperature rise, and is equipped with cooling fan.
Fetching in Europe and America advanced technology and uniting with domestic condition, our company develop this WPC PVC foam board production line. The production line adopts plastic processing techniques such as extrusion, molding, and injection molding to produce plates or profiles.
Calibration mold
The upper die lip adopts force-reducing push-type mechanical adjustment, the bottom die lip is fixed and replaceable, and the upper and lower die lips are equipped with water circulation devices. The die head is equipped with a 90-degree choke rod adjustment device to adjust the melt flow rate in the die head.
Used in conjunction with the shaping mold, it can produce 5mm - 30 mm foam sheets
The surface of the board produced by our equipment is smooth and flat, the cut is flat, the surface color has no color difference, milky white, and there are no stains on the surface.
