PVC Ceiling Wall Panel Production Line

PVC wall panel extrusion machine consists of a conical twin-screw plastic extruder, die head and calibration mold, vacuum shaping table, tractor, cutting machine, PVC film laminating machine (or double colors printing machine), stacking machine, high-speed PVC mixer, plastic crusher, etc. PVC wall panel / PVC decorative panel is made of PVC resin as the main raw material. The surface pattern changes as well. 

Features of PVC Wall Panel Production Line

- PVC wall panel extrusion machine has a vacuum cooling and shaping process. After the mold is installed, it is heated, the barrel temperature rises to about 200℃, the mold temperature is about 190℃, and each section quickly rises to the required temperature. 

-The extruded material is required to be fully plasticized without decomposition, the material is discharged evenly from the upper and lower sides of the extrusion die head, and the ribs can be pulled only when the discharge speed is consistent with the surface. The normal production temperature is 210℃. 

- When starting the traction, cover the vacuum shaping template, then start the vacuum pump, calibrate the vacuum template and the extrusion die concentrically, on the same straight line, and ensure that the vacuum degree is above 0.04M Pa.

PVC wall panel extruder:

- The PVC wall panel production line adopts a special enlarged eddy current cooling system to facilitate cooling and shaping. 

- Adopt conical twin screw extruder(which use 38CrMoAL material -- high-wearing, high strength, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance), It has good feeding performance, mixing and plasticizing performance, exhaust performance, extrusion stability and other characteristics. It has other advantages of ordinary twin-screw extruders and can achieve high output, high quality and high efficiency.

PVC wall panel extrusion die and calibration mold:

- This production line is used to manufacture PVC wall panel with width normally from 250mm to 600mm with different section shape and height, by changing the mold.

Vacuum cooling table:

-Vacuuming to quickly set the shape, the surface of the PVC panel is smoother,

-Adopt multiple sets of copper valves, which are durable and can continuously supply cooling water.

Hual off machine for PVC wall panel production line:

- The tractor adopts special speed ratios, it is used to easily produce panels of various weights, such as, heavy weight panel, light weight panel, etc.

-The hauling off machine works smoothly and there are no indentations on the surface of the gusset plate. It has good reliability and large traction force.

Cutting machine:

- Adopts saw blade cutter in cutting machine, the cutting edges in PVC wall panel are more flat and beautiful.

- The surface of PVC ceiling / wall panel can be treated by hot stamping machine, double colors printing and UV varnish coating machine or lamination machine,  which can make imitation marble design, fabric design,  wooden design on surface of PVC ceiling or PVC wall panel.
