The mixed materail powders be transfered into conical twin screw extrusion machine, The temperature is about 170°C. In order to make the printed surface of the PVC wall panel bright and full, with bright colors, it is necessary to use UV ultraviolet light curing paint for glazing. This paint is compounded with polyurethane and acrylate monomers. It can improve gloss and is resistant to abrasion, has good flexibility, is not easy to stain and turn yellow, and keeps color for a long time. The glazing speed and drying speed must be higher than the printing speed, otherwise the clarity of the printed pattern is poor. The oven temperature is around 100℃. If the temperature is too high, the surface of the product will turn yellow. If the temperature is too low, the glazing paint cannot be cured and dried.
