The PVC wall panel production line is composited of PVC mixer (heating and cooling mixing unit), automatic screw loader, conical twin screw extruder machine, PVC wall panel mold, vacuum cooling table, online 2 in 1 hot stamping and lamination machine, hualing off machine, saw blade cutting machine, auto stacker, waste PVC recycling machine (crushing and grinding), etc.

PVC ceiling wall panels has the characteristics of light weight, good toughness, high hardness, bright color, high finish, aging resistance, flame retardant, moisture-proof, moth-proof, and long service life. It is a new type of chemical building material, used to make wall panels and other widely used in interior and exterior decoration of residential rooms, buildings, shopping malls, etc.

Key points in the operation of PVC Wall Panel Production Line

- PVC wall panel extrusion machine has a vacuum cooling and shaping process. After the extrusion die is installed, it is heated, the screw barrel temperature rises to about 200℃, the mold temperature is about 190℃, and each section in mold quickly rises to the required temperature.

-The extruded material is required to be fully plasticized without decomposition, the PVC material is discharged evenly from the upper and lower sides of the extrusion die head, and the ribs can be pulled only when the discharge speed is consistent with the surface. The normal production temperature is 210℃.

- When starting the hauling off machine, cover the vacuum shaping template, then start the vacuum pump, calibrate the vacuum template and the extrusion die concentrically, on the same straight line, and ensure that the vacuum degree is above 0.04M Pa.
