Plastic Solid WPC Door Frame Production Line
WPC doors are made by mixing ultra-fine wood powder with polymer resin, which combines the excellent properties of wood and plastic. The products produced achieve the effect of truly imitating wood. Since the raw materials used and the production process do not use glue, it will not produce harmful substances such as formaldehyde, benzene, ammonia, trichlorethylene, etc. It is a new green and environmentally friendly material that replaces traditional wood.
Features of WPC Door Frame Making Machine
-The WPC profile extrusion line adopts special screw and barrel, which can make WPC profile and PVC profile, such as, WPC door profile, PVC window profile, WPC door frame and so on, The WPC boards has the advantage of water–proof, corrosion resisting, anti-moth, anti-aging, static-free, and flame retarded.
- The formula of WPC profile is equipped with a certain proportion of auxiliary materials, including stabilizers, foaming agents, modifiers, etc. The various ingredients are mixed in strict proportions to effectively ensure the product quality of the foam board.
- The PVC profile extrusion production line is equipped with a conical twin-screw extruder. This machine has the advantages of uniform thawing of materials, fast shear rate, high output and long service life. The WPC profile production line includes extruders, calibration units, hauling off units, cutting machine units, stacker, profile surface treatment equipment, thermal transfer machines, double colors printing and coating machine, laminating machines and more.
- Automatic screw type feeding system, raw materials do not bridge, feeding stability
- Adopts horizontal gearbox and distribution box, build in cooling oil, easy to install and maintain.
- Be equipped with ABB inverter, Siemens Motor and Schneider electrics, lower staring power, reduce voltage fluctuation and easy to adjust speed.
- Flange surface be nickel-coating treatment, ensure the stable extrusion.
