Features of high-speed PVC mixer:

1. Used for mixing, stirring, drying, coloring and other processes of various materials in industries such as plastics, rubber, and daily chemicals.

2. The main shaft seal adopts special material seal and oil-resistant and high-temperature resistant skeleton oil seal.

3. The pot cover in heating mixer and cooling mixer adopts double-pass seal.

4. It has a variety of heating methods such as self-friction and electric heating.

5. The unloading method adopts two types of temperature automatic control and manual control, more easy for operation.

6. The blade is cast as a whole of stainless steel and refined through dynamic and static balance.

7. The electrical control adopts control elements.


High speed mixer structural description:

The hot mixing part consists of a pot body, a pot cover, a transmission component, a base, a material outlet and other components. The pot body is welded from stainless steel, and the inner surface is extremely smooth and hard, with the characteristics of wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and non-stickiness. There is a heating jacket and a resistance heating ring on the outer surface of the pot body. The temperature is transmitted to the pot body through the high-ignition-point mechanical oil in the heating jacket, so that the pot body is heated evenly. The temperature of the material in the pot can be controlled by adjusting the heating temperature. The outer surface of the jacket is covered with an asestos insulation layer.

The pot cover is cast from aluminum alloy, and the inner surface is fine-turned and polished. After it is lifted by the cylinder to lift the pot cover, it can be rotated 70° clockwise horizontally along the vertical rotating axis. It rotates lightly and is easy to use. Do not use excessive force to rotate to prevent damaging the pot wall. The cover has holes for adding resin, speed increaser and stabilizer. Users can arrange them according to their needs. The center is a vent hole to prevent personal accidents caused by the stirring paddle when the pot cover is not closed. The pot cover valve and the motor are interlocked. When the pot cover valve is working, the switch is not connected and the motor cannot be started. When the motor is working, the pot cover valve cannot be opened.

The guide plate is used to enhance the mixing effect. A temperature measuring thermocouple is installed in the plate. The material temperature can be reflected on the indicator and read out. It is also used to automatically control the automatic discharge of the discharge port.

The stirring paddle of the mixer is driven by the motor through the belt. The motor is an AC two-speed motor. As long as the low and high speed buttons are pressed, low and high speed can be achieved. But it must be noted that when you want to run at high speed, the motor should be started at low speed first, and then the main shaft should be supported by the bearing to run at high speed. There are three stirring paddles on the upper part of the main shaft. They rotate clockwise, so that the material moves along the pot wall on the one hand, and at the same time, it circulates up and down and the effect of the guide plate makes the mixing effect better. Since the material is moving at high speed, the friction heat between the particles and between the material and the slurry is very large, which causes the material temperature to rise rapidly. Not only does it reduce the heating of the pot wall accordingly, but it is also conducive to the absorption effect of the resin on the speed increaser. The stirring paddle is made of stainless steel and is carefully machined to be wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.

The pot body is welded from stainless steel, and the inner wall is extremely smooth and hard, with the characteristics of wear resistance, corrosion resistance and non-sticking.

The transmission part is driven by the starter motor through the V-belt pulley to drive the reducer, input power to the main shaft, rotate the stirring paddle, and fully mix the hot mixed materials.

The base is welded from steel plates and angle steels, and is equipped with adjusting bolts to adjust the tightness of the transmission V-belt. The bottom is fixed with anchor screws and the base.

The discharge part is cast from aluminum alloy. Equipped with a start unloading door. The cylinder and the material door are directly connected in one line, with reliable compression, good sealing, flexible opening and closing, and use a 0.39-0.49Mpa air compressor (selected by the user). The unloading method can be controlled by automatic control of the material temperature in the pot and manual control of the opening and closing of the unloading door by buttons.



Installation for high-speed mixer:

1. The mixer and the electric cabinet are installed on the cement foundation respectively and fixed with anchor bolts.

2. Before testing the machine, carefully check whether the connected power supply, air source, etc. are consistent with the requirements of the machine. All parts are installed completely. Check that the circuits connected during installation are correct according to the circuit diagram. Each lubrication point should be filled with the specified lubricating oil (grease), and the anti-rust grease in various parts of the machine should be wiped clean.

3. The mixer should start from low speed and no-load, then run at high speed and no-load, and check whether the pneumatic part of the pot cover is normal, whether the discharge door is closed properly, and it can be put into production after the test run.

4. Once the machine is used, if it is not used for a short time, the residual material on the inner wall of the pot and the stirring paddle should be carefully wiped clean. If it is not used for a long time, anti-rust oil should be applied.

5. The lubrication requirements are as follows: The main shaft, rolling bearings and oil seals of the mixer should be lubricated with No. 4 sodium-based grease (GB492), and refueled once a day; the whole machine should be overhauled every six months, and the seals should be replaced and the circuit lines and components should be checked.

Note: This machine is not allowed to start with load or frequently start. It should be started at low speed first and then at high speed, and then the material should be added. The machine should not be stopped when discharging the material.
