Features of PVC Marble Profile Making Machine
-The PVC profile extrusion line adopts special screw and barrel, which can make PVC marble profile and PVC profile, such as, WPC door profile, PVC window profile, WPC door frame and so on, The PVC profiles has the advantage of water–proof, corrosion resisting, anti-moth, anti-aging, static-free, and flame retarded.
- The PVC profile extrusion production line is equipped with a conical twin-screw extruder. This machine has the advantages of uniform thawing of materials, fast shear rate, high output and long service life. The WPC profile production line includes extruders, calibration units, hauling off units, cutting machine units, stacker, profile surface treatment equipment, thermal transfer machines, double colors printing and coating machine, laminating machines and more.
PVC artificial marble sheets/profiles are made of PVC resin, calcium carbonate and plastic additives. The PVC marble sheets/profiles are low and light weight products with high strength compared to natural marble stone counterparts that are extremely resistant to SO2 (acid rain) gas that harms the natural marble surface eventually. The PVC artificial marbel sheets/boards is fireproof, flame-resistant, has uniform density, high strength, moisture-proof, and is not easily deformed. It is widely used in decoration of office buildings, hotels, villas, libraries, living rooms, balconies, bedrooms, bathrooms, studies, etc.
- The PVC marble corners making machine adopts dutomatic screw type feeding system, raw materials do not bridge, feeding stability in extrusion.
